I have always had a desire to better understand human nature and causes of mental, emotional and physical pain. And even stronger desire to find ways to overcome and transform the painful states. Decades of my therapeutic practice, scientific research and life itself gave a birth to Paradox-x® method – a method that provides tools for deep transformation. When we use the method, we are able to identify suppressed emotions, memories and traumas, to find learnings hidden behind the difficult experiences and, as a result, feel relief and ease. The method also paves the way to elevated states of joy, love and sense of wholeness. My next big desire is to support students and clients in transformation, learning and application of Paradox-x® method leading to more fulfilling and joyful lives for all of us.
